1. This page is read directly by the SpamBlacklist extension. Each non-comment
2. line is a regex; if an edit tries to ADD an external link matching any of
3. these, the save is rejected outright (not just held for review).
5. Section 1 protects the referral program: only our own YETI code is allowed
6. on app.bulk.trade links. Swapping in a different code (a hijack attempt, or
7. someone's own spam code) gets blocked before it can even save.
